Rather than let history fade, the new owners turned to experts who could carefully restore its legacy.

Highpointe DBR is well known for its experience in detailed, historical restoration work and was brought in to manage the renovation process. The Highpointe DBR team was tasked with updating the home for modern use without erasing its historic charm. Plans by designer, Damian Schrey, outlined how to achieve both goals. Approval from the Architectural Review Board confirmed that the work would meet strict preservation standards. A full interior and exterior renovation ensued. Siding and windows were replaced with styles that reflected the original structure.
