The Isaac Wright House at 431 E Zarragossa St, Pensacola, FL 32502 is the oldest part of Pensacola, and was originally constructed in approximately 1790.
In 2024, Highpointe DBR was hired to do a full restoration/renovation and to modernize the building while maintaining the historical quality. After architectural plans by Damian Schrey were approved by the Architectural Review Board, Highpointe DBR removed and replaced windows and siding, installed insulation, replaced the HVAC system, electrical and plumbing to modernize the home while maintaining historical quality.
